Does your app require permissions? Here is how to enable them
When one of the permissions required by the motica care app has not been granted, a banner appears at the top of the screen.
This banner lets you quickly see that essential permissions are missing for the app to function properly.
If your smartphone is unlocked, simply tap the banner to access the settings and grant the missing permissions.
If your smartphone is locked or you are unable to activate the permissions, please contact our support team.
Just let us know that some permissions are missing, and we will be happy to assist you.
