One cancellation for all opened alarms of a resident
Multiple alarms are open for one resident, and you don't want to acknowledge each alarm one by one? Don't wait any longer and activate this new functionality.
Let's take an example.
Our resident has triggered a resident call as well as a "bed exit" alarm by the contact mat, Qumea, or another sensor. When the staff arrives, all he/she needs to do is acknowledge with his/her staff badge the main badge of the resident. In this way, all alarms related to the resident will directly be acknowledged. Notice that he/she can still cancel the sensor individually if needed (ex: contact mat, motion sensor, etc).
However, if there is a battery alarm, it will not be canceled as this one is generated by the system itself. There is no need to worry about losing an alarm.
This functionality also applies to the nursing staff, if multiple alarms are open.
