Maximum duration of the "Do not disturb" status can be customized
Based on some customers' feedback, we’ve made an improvement to the "Do not disturb" feature in the motica care app.
You can now customize the maximum duration of the "Do not disturb" status to better suit your needs. Once your project manager has set your preferred maximum duration in the system, you’ll see the updated options the next time you log in. Simply tap the "Do not disturb" status as usual, and the new duration range will be available.
- Time increments go in 15-minute steps up to 2 hours, and then in 1-hour steps beyond that.
- All other behavior of the feature remains unchanged.
