Unknown resident alarm


Why do I see a "Resident: Unknown" alarm?

 When using the Qumea system, it is important to configure the resident appropriately so that alarms are displayed correctly with all the information (alarm type, resident, room).

If you see a "Resident: Unknown" alarm, this means that the room has not been allocated to the resident but the alarm works well as you can see its alarm type (for instance "restlessness" as in the left screenshot). This can happen when the resident changes room or if someone else uses the room.

In this case, please modify the resident's profile and add the room he is in (right screenshot).

To avoid this situation, please test the alarms after bringing a resident into a room.
